Where the Spanish South Coast meets the Spanish East Coast, about 30 miles north of Almeria, you will find the most beautiful stretch of unspoiled Andalusian coast line, “the Cabo del Gata”.
The “Cabo de Gata” is a natural parc with a high degree of protection. It contains an extraordinary diversity of landscape from rolling hills to sculptural multicolored volconic rock formations, hidden coves and long untouched sandy beaches with crystal clear water. The climatic is superb all year round supporting a semi rich vegetation. As the seasons change the colors of the landscape change from the most beautiful golden ochres to a variety of soft greens. Here you can still find idyllic fishing villages like “Las Negras”. Only 1/2 mile from the beach and the village centre with its ameneties of a small supermarket and a few bars and restaurants we can offer you accomodation in a secluded pueblo style hamlet of tastefully refurbished old farmhouses, an ideal base to accers a variety of good beaches or to explore the surroundings with hidden natural springs and an abandoned castle.
